Accessibility

Faith Alone aims to make the collection information and client-service pages understandable and usable for people with different access needs. This statement explains the features provided, known limits, and how to ask for help.

Scope: the public shop, category pages, information pages, navigation and cookie controls. The optional 3D world has additional accessibility limitations described below. No independent certification or full conformance audit is claimed.

01. Accessing the collection independently of the game

The shop is the landing page. You can browse all category and information pages without entering the 3D world, completing a mission, using motion controls or obtaining a discount code. The top-center infinity logo provides access to the optional world; the three-line menu opens the shop navigation.

Every category remains coming soon. There is no checkout or customer-account workflow whose accessibility can be evaluated in this version. Those workflows need their own assessment before introduction.

02. Navigation and keyboard operation

The storefront uses links, buttons and native disclosure or dialog elements for their intended purposes. A skip link moves past repeated navigation. Keyboard focus indicators identify interactive controls. The menu button identifies its expanded state, the drawer has an explicit close control, and Escape closes a native modal dialog.

Use Tab or Shift+Tab to move among available controls. Enter activates links and buttons, while native buttons and disclosure controls also support their normal keyboard interaction. Focus is returned to the menu trigger when the drawer closes. Cookie preferences use a separate labelled dialog rather than requiring a precise pointer gesture.

03. Reading and visual presentation

Policy text uses headings, paragraphs, lists and descriptive links. Longer policies have contents links to their sections. Data tables have headers and can be scrolled separately on a narrow screen. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom, and the page layout adapts to smaller screens.

A small accessibility button at the lower left opens reading controls: text size from 100% to 200%, high contrast, link highlighting, text spacing, a readable font and reduced motion. Settings are saved on this browser and can be cleared with Reset all settings. These controls apply to the storefront; the optional game retains its own settings. . The site does not depend on a hover-only action to reach a category or policy. Navigation labels are real text. The logo has an accessible name describing its game destination. Meaningful labels are not replaced with unexplained decorative images.

04. Motion and sensory choices

The shop uses restrained interface motion and respects the browser’s reduced-motion preference for its own transitions. Reading a policy does not require watching an animation, hearing sound or reacting within a short time limit. The silent homepage background video respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. The accessibility settings panel also lets you pause the video and reduce interface motion; you can switch that setting off to resume playback when your device preferences allow it.

The world includes moving celestial objects, camera movement, interactive scenes and a timed flight. Its graphics, control inversion and sky-motion settings can help some visitors, but they do not make every part accessible to every user. You may remain in the shop or return to it through the game’s logo/options panel.

05. Known limitations of the world

The 3D world is rendered visually in a canvas and is not a complete screen-reader representation of the environment. Navigation, object selection, spatial puzzles and the flight may depend on visual, motor or spatial abilities. A desktop mouse, touch screen or supported motion input may be needed for particular activities; full keyboard-only equivalence has not been established.

A touch fallback is provided for the mobile flight when tilt is unavailable, and graphics settings can reduce hardware demands. These options do not constitute a verified alternative for every disability. A person who cannot complete a mission can contact us about access to the information or assistance they need; the shop itself remains available without mission completion.

06. Standards and regional context

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a reference point for improving the storefront. A reference target is not a declaration that every criterion has been independently tested or passed. See the W3C’s WCAG guidance.

Accessibility duties can depend on the activity, the operator and the applicable jurisdiction. Relevant frameworks may include the US ADA, Canadian provincial accessibility requirements and the European Accessibility Act for covered services. This statement does not claim an exemption, certification or universal compliance with those frameworks.

Official information is available from the US Department of Justice, Ontario’s website accessibility guidance and the European Commission.

07. Requesting help or an alternative format

Email contact@al0ne.faith and identify the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the barrier encountered. Browser or assistive-technology details can help if you are comfortable sharing them; a diagnosis or medical documentation is not needed to report a problem.

Tell us the format or communication method that would help, such as plain text or a clearer explanation of a policy. We will consider the request and communicate a practical response. Where an applicable law specifies an accommodation or response duty, that duty remains. No unverified fixed resolution time is promised for every technical issue.

08. Feedback, review and escalation

Feedback can identify barriers that source checks alone miss. The package’s technical checks do not replace testing with disabled users, assistive technologies, real devices and browsers. If a feature changes materially, its accessibility needs to be reassessed along with its content and controls.

If a response does not address your concern, reply with the unresolved issue so it can be reconsidered. You retain any right to use an applicable regulator, complaint process or other legal remedy. The date above identifies this statement version; it does not imply that a full accessibility audit occurred on that date.
