These terms describe use of the Faith Alone website, the Realm I presentation and the optional interactive world. Read them together with the privacy policy, cookie policy and legal notice. They do not override mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
Coming soon: there are no products for sale, orders, preorders, deposits or payments through this version of the site. No purchase contract is created by viewing a category or playing the game.
01. The website and its scope
Faith Alone is the brand presented at al0ne.faith. References to the website include the same shop and game available through our Cloudflare Pages previews. A preview address is not an independent retailer. The collection is called Realm I; no calendar release date has been announced.
These website-use terms are separate from future terms of sale. A coming-soon category describes the intended collection structure, not available stock, a manufacturing specification or an offer to accept payment. Contact us at contact@al0ne.faith if a page is unclear.
02. Access and personal use
You may browse the public shop and use the interactive world for lawful personal purposes. You do not need an account or password for the current public shop. A later private-access feature may restrict entry to designated areas, subject to any applicable terms then displayed.
You are responsible for your own internet connection and device. The game needs compatible graphics and browser features, while the shop and policy pages can be read separately. A parent or guardian should be involved where a minor needs legal capacity or assistance for an interaction. Access to a creative game is not a request to provide personal information.
03. Collection, images and descriptions
Realm I remains unreleased. The coming-soon pages intentionally contain no product listings, prices or product previews. Fictional objects and clothing appearing inside the interactive world form part of the environment and should not be treated as final specifications, an available catalog, or a commitment to manufacture those items.
When real products become available, the relevant listing must identify material information such as price, materials, size, quantity, availability and any applicable limitations. Screen color, rendering and lighting can affect appearance, but that does not excuse a materially inaccurate product description or remove consumer rights.
04. Orders and future sales information
This website cannot currently take an order or payment. Before ordering is enabled, the seller’s required identification details, product information, payment arrangements, total applicable charges, delivery terms and cancellation/return information will be supplied. A visitor should be able to review the relevant information before committing to a purchase.
The applicable checkout will explain when an order is accepted, how confirmation is provided, and how errors can be corrected. We do not use these prelaunch terms to invent an order-acceptance process that does not exist, collect a deposit, or bind a visitor to unannounced sales conditions. Check the shipping and returns pages for the present status.
05. Prices, delivery and category-specific conditions
No price or shipping charge is currently displayed because purchasing is closed. Future listings and checkout must distinguish the product price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges and relevant import costs. Destination availability and estimated dispatch or delivery times must be stated accurately.
Clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, accessories, fragrance and objects may need different measurements, care information, transport conditions or product disclosures. A category name alone does not establish a restriction or exception. In particular, a future return condition must be explained before purchase and remain consistent with applicable law.
06. European, Canadian and US consumer protections
Any consumer protection that applies despite a contract remains available. We do not require visitors to waive local statutory remedies merely because they use a site based elsewhere.
- EU/EEA: qualifying online goods purchases commonly carry a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to specific exceptions, and a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform. National law may provide further protection. These rights concern qualifying purchases; no purchases are accepted here yet.
- United Kingdom: statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights continue to apply to covered purchases and are separate from a retailer’s voluntary policy.
- Canada: applicable federal, provincial and territorial protections remain available. No single voluntary change-of-mind return rule is represented as the rule for every province.
- United States: applicable state consumer and warranty protections remain available. Any future covered mail or internet order must be handled consistently with the applicable shipping-delay and refund requirements.
Official information: Your Europe, UK returns guidance, and the FTC’s internet-order rule guidance.
07. Other destinations
Where Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer guarantees apply to a future purchase, these terms do not exclude protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable remedies for goods or services that fail to meet the relevant guarantees. See the ACCC and New Zealand Consumer Protection.
For other destinations, mandatory rights remain applicable according to local law. “Available worldwide soon” expresses the intended reach of the collection; it does not confirm delivery to every address or displace import, product or consumer requirements. Confirmed destinations will be shown before ordering opens.
08. Interactive world and saved progress
The world is a fictional creative experience. Its characters, dialogue, environments, events and game objects should be understood in that context. The world may develop over time, and visual performance varies with hardware, browser settings and graphics options.
Mission progress, settings and exploration state are saved locally where browser storage is available. No account-based recovery or cross-device synchronization is provided. Deleting site data, switching browser profiles or using a different hostname can make a save unavailable. We cannot recover information that only existed in a browser and has been removed.
The world is optional; entering it is not necessary to view the collection, read policies or contact Faith Alone. Settings and movement instructions are available within the game.
09. Mission reward
Completing the mission can generate a local code representing a 10% store discount for launch. The current code is saved on your device. It is not presently verified against a store backend, and checkout redemption is not available. Keep a copy if you wish to use it when redemption becomes available.
The code is not cash, stored monetary value, a security or a purchased digital asset. Final redemption instructions, the eligible purchase scope and any applicable offer conditions must be made clear before the promotion is redeemed. This page does not silently introduce an expiry date, purchase minimum or exclusion that was not shown in the game.
A local save alone is not an authoritative verification service. Do not manipulate codes, misrepresent mission completion or try to obtain a benefit through unauthorized access. Applicable consumer protections still apply to promotional statements.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with the website, intentionally overload its infrastructure, introduce harmful code, seek unauthorized access, impersonate Faith Alone or another person, or use the contact channel for unlawful, threatening or abusive communications.
Do not use someone else’s personal information without an appropriate basis or infringe intellectual-property rights. These restrictions do not remove lawful rights to report a vulnerability responsibly, use accessibility tools, exercise privacy rights, or make uses permitted by applicable law. Report a concern with enough detail to locate the issue, without disclosing other people’s private information.
11. Intellectual property and third-party software
Original brand material, designs, imagery and other creative work remain subject to their owners’ rights. Accessing the website does not itself grant permission to manufacture copies of Faith Alone designs, represent yourself as the brand, or commercially exploit its branding.
Third-party software, fonts and other components retain their respective licenses. Nothing here replaces an applicable open-source license or restricts a statutory exception. References to third-party services do not imply endorsement, ownership or an affiliation that has not been stated.
12. Correspondence and external services
When you contact us, provide accurate information relevant to your inquiry. We use it as described in the privacy policy. Sending feedback does not grant an unlimited right to publish your personal story, identify you in marketing, or use unrelated private information.
Social links lead to independent services. Their account rules, availability and information practices apply to your interactions there. We do not control what appears on those services. No account, payment or social login is required by this prelaunch website.
13. Availability, errors and responsibility
We aim to provide an accurate and usable website, but it may occasionally be interrupted, incompatible with a device, or contain an error. We may correct information or maintain features as the project develops. A correction does not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
Use reasonable care in deciding whether information is a current product offer or a coming-soon statement. No clause here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or creates a blanket release for fraud, unlawful conduct or mandatory consumer remedies. We have not imposed an arbitrary monetary liability cap for every jurisdiction.
14. Disputes, changes and applicable rights
If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant page, issue and outcome you are seeking. You do not have to surrender a right to contact a regulator or use an available court or statutory remedy as a condition of receiving a response.
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court on all visitors. Applicable law determines the rights and procedures available. If a provision cannot be enforced in a particular situation, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes will be reflected in the posted terms and their date. Where a change needs additional notice or agreement, it must be handled accordingly. These website-use terms cannot substitute for the information and agreement required for a future sale.
